Former Marine accused of choking subway rider to death released on bond
Former U.S. Marine Daniel Penny turned himself in to New York City police on Friday in connection with the chokehold death of Jordan Neely aboard a subway train. [I thought Free Republic might be interested in this headline. Jordan Neely has been promoted from "Mentally Ill Criminal" to "Subway Rider." Not clear if ABC wrote the headline or MSN.com.
