Former U.S. Marine Daniel Penny turned himself in to New York City police on Friday in connection with the chokehold death of Jordan Neely aboard a subway train. [I thought Free Republic might be interested in this headline. Jordan Neely has been promoted from "Mentally Ill Criminal" to "Subway Rider." Not clear if ABC wrote the headline or MSN.com. Well, one of the guys was black - so he won’t be charged with anything. He was just trying to help out a brother.
If it was a white guy being choked, it wouldn’t even make the news.

Trayvon Martin to George Floyd, the narrative gets more sharply drawn with every incident. Jason Neely was a walking pathology, for whom a sudden demise was always a constant companion.
Some 95% of all personal grief is self-induced, it looks like Jason Neely was going for the full 100%.
This “Reverend” is a disgrace and has blood on his hands for his past indiscretions. Innocent people died because of his phony pursuit of social “justice”. He would be totally disregarded if he wasn’t benefiting from his protected class status bestowed upon on him by white-guilt ridden virtue signalers.
From the same people who want to make it illegal for citizens to have guns...the same people who want to cut police funds.
Shut up, Al. This man was not a vigilante, he was a person riding on the subway. Neely’s luck ran out.
