Los Angeles -- The district attorney's office announced Monday that no charges will be filed against the police officer involved in the February shooting death of a 13-year-old boy who rammed a stolen vehicle into a patrol car after a short chase. The early morning shooting of Devin Brown on Feb. 6 sparked protests in the South Los Angeles area where the shooting occurred.
