Los Angeles -- The district attorney's office announced Monday that no charges will be filed against the police officer involved in the February shooting death of a 13-year-old boy who rammed a stolen vehicle into a patrol car after a short chase.
The early morning shooting of Devin Brown on Feb. 6 sparked protests in the South Los Angeles area where the shooting occurred.
The Los Angeles Police Department sent its findings to the district attorney's office Aug. 5 for a decision on whether to prosecute Officer Steven Garcia, the officer who shot the black teen.
District Attorney Steve Cooley, in a 21-page report, said there was "insufficient evidence to initiate criminal proceedings against Officer Steven Garcia for the death of Devin B. As a result of these findings, we are closing our file and will take no further action in this matter."

Because everybody knows that if you are killed by a vehicle you aren't nearly as dead as if you were killed with a gun. /sarcasm

What about a policy that allows shooting SUVs on sight? I'm sure the lefties would go for that.
I hear a rumble in the distance and it's coming closer. Keeping popcorn handy.
Well, at least there is one less dirtbag off the streets. I am talking about the car thief/attempted murderer who got shot by this excellent officer.

And passenger jets taken over by terrorists are not dangerous either (just the terrorist). Please do not shoot down the plane, it has not done anything to you!
