Does anyone have any suggestions for freeware to clean up harddrives especially getting rid of jpgs from an employee surfing too much.

i have an unsecured wireless network in my apartment. I am not computer literate when it comes to repairing/restoring computer items so here goes: I have a Dell 2350 computer and this morning, I put two CD's in and nothing happened. I checked under My system information and did not see the D drive for the CD-Rom.
