<p>Move America Forward will be conducting the “You Don’t Speak for Me, Cindy” caravan beginning next week. It will feature military family members who have loved ones serving in the war against terrorism in Iraq or Afghanistan. The delegation will be led by Deborah Johns of Marine Moms. (Her son has served in Operation Iraqi Freedom).</p>

Just talked to Basil on site in Crawford, Texas. Currently there are about 100 folks there helping to set up. They have not received word about the caravan arrival in Waco yet. JimRob is riding with the caravan. She thinks it might get to Crawford around 1:00 p.m.Basil says the stage is set up, the sound system is excellent and they have hung the most beautiful banners overnighted by W04Man on the stage. <p>Here's the latest concerning the Support the Troops Rally in Crawford on Saturday, August 27th. Move America Forward will be joining us in our permitted space. We have invited them to furnish a few speakers for the program.</p> <p>We still plan to be at Walmart in Waco by 11 AM to await the arrival of the Caravan which will have started out in California. We will then fall in behind them and become part of the caravan.</p>

=====Our much anticipated event, GlocktoberFest, went off with only the most minor of hitches. It was wet and drizzly at times, but we didn't get the heavy rain that was predicted. We had 11 HAT Chapter FReepers in attendance, 2 out of town FReepers as well as 2 guests. Lodwick gets the award for the longest trek [Austin] and Bigun followed with a close second [Huntsville].
