NEW YORK (AP) - The AFL-CIO leadership, looking to November elections when control of Congress will be at stake, approved a member dues increase Wednesday that will bring $25 million into labor's war chest. The increase of 4 cents a month, voted by the federation's general board, will apply to members of all 66 unions that make up the AFL-CIO.
