I would like to request prayers for one of my dad's best employees and an all around great guy. Rick was helping a someone with their roof. When he got on the roof, he took two steps and fell backwards off of it. He crushed his heel, broke his leg and shattered a disc. My parents thought he would be ok, but received a call today from his mother. Rick is in critical condition because of the crushed disc. It sent bone chips into his spinal chord. This is very bad.
