Attention California RECALL voters. In L.A. County only about 1700 polls will be open, compared to the normal 4900 in a regular election. It will be the same thing in other countries. If you go to your polling place and your name is not on the rolls ----- make sure you ask for a PROVISIONAL BALLOT. You will then be able to vote. You will need two forms of I.D. (Or as Handel described it: you will need two forms of I.D. unless you are Hispanic, don't speak English, and arrived at the polls with 14 others in a van.)
