Sen. John McCain said flatly today on CNN's State of the Union with John King, that President Obama's Stimulus Bill was "a bad beginning" for him, and that the bill is "not bipartisan." It is clear that Obama deliberately made the high-profile overture of visiting with Republicans in Congress prior to the bill being written. He did so as a purely political stunt.
