Washington (AP) - A Pentagon Police officer died Monday from injuries he received last month when he was run down by a carjacker. Officer James Feltis, 41, a 12-year veteran of the force, had been at INOVA Fairfax Hospital and had not regained consciousness since Jan. 11, when he was hit while trying to stop the speeding vehicle.
