Democratic strategist Donna Brazile said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that Democrats need to “wake up” following a new Washington Post-ABC News poll in which President Joe Biden’s approval ratings fell six percentage points between February and May. The poll also found former President Donald Trump would beat Biden in a head-to-head matchup in 2024.

Former Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who was pardoned by President Trump over the summer after being convicted for defying a judge's order, plans to run for Senate in Arizona. The Republican tweeted about his bid Tuesday, linking to a story about it by The Washington Examiner.

Reports say Arpaio’s recent visit to Tent City inspired the idea, when he saw that many of the inmates were overweight. The stationary bikes are customized so that as an inmate pedals, a connected television is powered once the cycle generates 12 volts of electricity.
