GARDEN CITY, Kan. - A teacher has been arrested on allegations that she had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student. Nadine Nunnelee, 40, of Garden City, was taken into custody Wednesday at Garden City High School, said police Capt. Mike Utz. She had not yet been charged Thursday, Finney County Attorney John Wheeler Jr. said. Utz said police working on an unrelated runaway case became aware of Nunnelee's alleged affair.
