WASHINGTON - Conservative groups are rallying supporters to counter an anti-war march planned for this month that organizers hope will attract 100,000 marchers. Freerepublic.com and RightMarch.com are among the groups organizing "Support the Troops and their Mission Weekend," scheduled for Sept. 23-26.
