Sgt. Thomas Bingham, the police spokesman, said a man brought the left leg in after it apparently washed ashore, also posting the missing limb on jacksonville.craigslist.org. "There are no markings on it except for a Willie Nelson sticker," Bingham said. "It's kind of hard to forget." The sergeant said the prosthetic leg has a distinctive coloration and markings, so whoever lost it should be able to identify it if they come to the department at 101 S. Penman Road.
