Rep. Finke (D) just sent an angry mob to storm MN's House to block Republican control:

Minnesota Democrats want to remove language from the state’s Human Rights Act which clarifies that pedophilia is not included in the protected “sexual orientation” class. “‘Sexual orientation’ does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult,” the Human Rights Act says. HF 1655, a bill carried by Rep. Leigh Finke, DFL-St.Paul, seeks to remove that language from state statutes.

A DFL candidate who has the support of some of the party’s top officials wants to abolish the police and defended rioting during a June speech. Leigh Finke won the DFL nomination for House District 66A in August and will likely win November’s election in the solidly-blue district. Finke, who is transgender, previously worked for the ACLU, authored a guide for “LGBTQ+ Christian teens,” served on the Stonewall DFL board, and produced a documentary called “White Savior,” which explores “racism in the American church.” Finke repeatedly called for abolishing the police throughout 2021, according to Facebook screenshots provided to Alpha...

Apropos of yet another “will-he-or-won’t-he” media psychodrama starring Warren Beatty as a possible candidate, this time for the 2006 California governor’s race, I’m reminded of that dreadful 1995 movie, The American President.
