Well well well. They were expecting 100,000 people weren't they? The news media estimated about 20,000! My husband and I were walking to the organic farmers market (on Embarcadero and Green Street) and around 5th Street we started to see them. Many were smelly, filthy, ugly, unwashed, most were those 60's reject looking types. The women! OMG...UGLY! Many were white and gray haired and fat; there were gutter punks (naturally), there were lots of really ugly men. Most had despicable fashion taste. I was hoping to run into some freepers but to no avail. Also, many of this awful crowd...
