Hello, this is Victor Davis Hanson for The Daily Signal. Recently we have had two contrasting phenomena. One is that President Donald Trump had issued an executive order suggesting or maybe threatening K-12 sports programs—and indeed, college and higher education as well—that if they allowed biological men to compete in women’s sports, then he was going to consider cutting off federal funds for that. The Daily Signal depends on the support of readers like you. Donate now But at the same time he did it, the number of transgendered women—that is biological men who have transitioned to supposedly women—has increased...

According to political analyst Nate Silver, "the problem Democrats are having attracting male voters is that they are too mentally healthy to vote for Democrats. The Cooperative Election Study survey showed that 40% of Generation Z males consider their mental health to be "very good" or "excellent." In contrast, only 20% of Generation Z females say theirs is "very good" or "excellent." The same survey found that 51% of conservatives say their mental health is excellent. Only 20% of liberals say the same. When asked whether they have "poor mental health" 45% of liberals said yes. Only 19% of conservatives...

The Y chromosome, which contains the male-determining gene in humans and other mammals, is degenerating in the human species and may cease to exist after a few million years. This would lead to extinction unless humans evolve a new sex gene. How the Y chromosome, the “Male Gene,” works Female humans, along with other mammals, have two X chromosomes, while males have just one. This is paired with a much smaller Y chromosome in men. The X chromosome contains around nine hundred genes, which carry out lots of tasks unrelated to sex, and the Y contains far fewer genes (55)...

The Department of Education (DOE) has opened an investigation into an incident at a Wisconsin school involving a transgender woman student in a locker room with female students. The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, a conservative law firm, announced this week that it received a letter from the DOE saying that the department's Office of Civil Rights (OCR) was opening an investigation into a complaint it filed earlier this year involving a transgender student who undressed in front of female students in the Sun Prairie Area School District (SPASD). Newsweek reached out to the DOE via email for comment....

The Department of Education has released statistics on females versus males earning college degrees. By 2027, it is projected that 60 percent of college degrees will go to females and less than 40 percent will go to males. This represents a total reversal from 1968, when males earned roughly 60 percent of college degrees and females earned roughly 40 percent.Despite the fact that women are soon expected to earn 60% of all college degrees, American universities and colleges continue to offer about 10 times more female-only scholarships than male-only scholarships. New York - TIME has obtained the first documented look inside the highly classified realm of military interrogations since the Gitmo Camp at Guantanamo Bay opened. The document is a secret 84-page interrogation log that details the interrogation of 'Detainee 063' at Guantanamo Bay. It is a remarkable look into the range of techniques and methods used for the interrogation of Mohammed al Qahtani, who is widely believed to be the so-called 20th hijacker, a compatriof Osama bin Laden and a man who had tried to enter the U.S. in August 2001 to take part in the Sept. 11 attacks....

U.S. — Male M&M's everywhere rejoiced after the announcement by Mars, Inc. that the female M&M's are getting their own bag. The male M&M's hope this change will finally give them some much sought-after peace and quiet. According to sources, the red, yellow, blue, and orange M&M's are hoping this means they can finally get a little rest and relaxation, lounge around all day, and just hang out with the bros without being nagged to death. "Yeah! Um, 'Empowered Women Empower Women' or whatever it is, right guys?!" said the Red M&M. "It's more important than ever to support women...

M&M's is launching woke 'all-female' packs to celebrate female empowerment and attempt to shake things up in a continued shift toward progressive branding. Mars, M&M's parent company, debuted the feminist candy wrappers earlier this week, exclusively featuring the company's three female mascots: green, brown and the newly-introduced purple. The all-female package - upside down, to show how powerful women have 'flipped the status quo' - will be the first time the brown and green M&Ms have been featured together since a viral tweet from 2015 sparked rumors they were a lesbian couple.

Quite a few young men would like to increase their height. However, a study by nutritionists shows that they do not benefit from increased protein intake in terms of their adult height. In contrast, young women often see it as problematic when their height significantly exceeds 1.80 meters. Here, during growth, a protein intake adapted to the recommendations can even cause a reduction of a few centimeters. While an increase in protein intake had no effect on body height in the boys and young men, a clear relationship was found in the girls. According to the scientists' calculations, an average...

Women in the Army have the highest risk of being sexually assaulted at Forts Hood, Bliss, Riley, Campbell, and Carson, in that order.A new study released on Friday by the RAND Corporation looked at the risk of sexual assault and harassment for soldiers in the Army between August 2017 and July 2018 and found “considerable variation” for the risk to women at certain bases. Researchers said the average total sexual assault risk for Army women was 5.8% — meaning an estimated 5.8% of female soldiers were assaulted during that time — but several Army posts had a higher-than-average risk for...

China's population grew last year, the statistics bureau said on Thursday (Apr 29), in an apparent bid to quash reports that it had fallen, but stopped short of saying from which year numbers had grown. On Tuesday, the Financial Times newspaper said that China was set to report that its population fell below 1.4 billion last year from 2019, in the first decrease in five decades, citing people familiar with the matter. Advertisement The National Bureau of Statistics has delayed publishing the results of last year's once-in-a-decade census, with no explanation apart from saying that more preparatory work was needed....

Fresh from deciding to punish the majority black city of Atlanta, Georgia for its State Legislature's election reform law, Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred announced "it has been brought to my attention that we do not have gender equality among our players. I looked over the rosters of all our teams and noted that there isn't a single woman or transgender individual to be found. I was shocked. Half the population of this country is female. We need to field teams that look like America. We've made great progress on the racial front. Blacks, Latinos, and Asians can be...

by Chuck NessEver here the joke about the husband who was looking through the paper when he came upon a study that said women use more words than men? There was a married man who read in a magazine that, "Men use about 7000 words per day, but women use 20,000". Excited to prove to his wife that he had been right all along when he accused her of talking too much, he showed her the study results. The wife thought for a while, then finally she said to her husband, "It’s because men never listen so we have...

Malcolm X once stated that the black community’s greatest enemy was the white liberal. If he were living now, perhaps that perspective would change and narrow to white liberal women. Many of us recognize that white, educated, liberal women are becoming the enemy of any remnants of traditional culture. Over the last few years, these white, guilt-ridden women have become a force for promoting identity politics and the demonization of men. One does not see this more than in the professions of human behavior and mental health. As an East coast therapist, I have heard stories about microaggressions concerning race,...

Tulsi Gabbard has many distinctive qualities. She's a Hawaiian Army National Guard Major, the first Hindu member of Congress and the first Samoan-American voting member of Congress but she is not going to be president of the United States. She is not even going to be the Democratic Party's nominee for the presidency. (Given that Gabbard met President Bashir al Assad of Syria in 2017, after his forces had bombed Aleppo to smithereens and failed to condemn him, it's pretty extraordinary that she is still in the Democratic race at all.) No, she won't be America's first female president. And,...
