A memorial video for René Auberjonois (1940-2019) as Odo in Deep Space 9 - Who I Was Born to Be, by Susan Boyle IMDB: René Murat Auberjonois was born on June 1, 1940 in New York City, to Princess Laure Louise Napoléone Eugénie Caroline (Murat), who was born in Paris, and Fernand Auberjonois, who was Swiss-born. René was born into an already artistic family, which included his grandfather, a well-known Swiss painter, and his father, a Pulitzer-nominated writer and Cold War-era foreign correspondent. He acted from 1964-2019, playing the Governor on Benson, Odo on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Father...

Not into Christmas? How about "Ride Forever" for Due South, sung by Paul Gross, himself?

And for the non-Christmasers, "Holding Out for a Hero" by Bonnie Tyler for Raiders of the Lost Ark, by my husband.

And for those not into Christmas, the Greatest American Hero Theme by Joey Scarbury for Dr Who's companions.

Or, if not Christmas, the same topic for the same fandom from Julia Ecklar, "All About Berries."

Not into Christmas yet? How about Dan Fogelberg's "Leader of the Band" for Spock's father Sarek?

And if you're not into Christmas yet, perhaps Joan Baez's "Forever Young" for Dr. Who.

If you're not into Christmas, then how about Glass Pear's "Loveable" for Garak and Ziyal from Star Trek's Deep Space 9?

Harry Potter, Bones, NCIS, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, NCIS LA, Smallville, JAG

Not into Harry? How about a Kaleidescope to "Lo How a Rose is Blooming" by the Trail Band? Items in the kaleidescope from the late Steve Grimes' machine shop. Steve made the videotapeable device.

It's that time of the year again. That's right - it's time to hide your Thanksgiving turkey before your four-legged friend finds it first. Despairing dog owners in the US have been shaming their greedy pooches on social media with signs detailing their crimes. In one photo, a hungry Rottweiler is shamed after taking a sizeable chunk out of a turkey while it was being roasted over a fire. In another, a brazen mutt called Scotty is seen cowering beneath a blanket next to a sign reading: 'I ate all the leftover turkey, peed on the bathroom mat and pooped...

...Turkey dinner on paper plates Sargent bows his head to pray Boom box playing Silent Night Camouflage and Christmas lights. ...

Another "Eat It" for Man from Uncle. And if you're still hungry, Weird Al's "Lasagna" for Starsky and Hutch.

Or, if you prefer Lord of the Rings, Annie Lennox's "Into the West," one of my favorites.

If funny isn't it today, then perhaps Carole King's "Tapestry" for Tasha Yar and Data from Star Trek Next Gen, a really beautiful piece.

Or, if you prefer a focus on Spock, Five for Fighting's "One Hundred Years" as a memorial video for Leonard Nimoy.

Larry Warner is another filker that I really enjoy. He also made Miramanee, based on a short story and reinterpreted for Paradise Syndrome, and Captain's Lament, about Kirk's reaction to blowing up his ship.

If British scifi isn't your thing, then what about 'Weird Al' Yankovic's "Yoda" for Star Wars?

Or if you prefer the older Ilya, NCIS's Ducky for Julia Ecklar's "He's Dead, Jim."

If funny's not your thing, Johnny Mathis and Jane Olivor's "Last Time I Felt Like This" for Star Trek's Kirk/Edith and Kirk/Rayna.
