A series of e-mails from the Department of Homeland Security, the federal agency that has warned of a threat from "right-wing extremists" like those worried about national sovereignty, reveal the agency has held a series of meetings with Muslims who apparently rejected the government's request to help counter violent extremism.

House Republicans demanded Wednesday that Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano detail how the controversial "right-wing extremism" report was compiled, using a rare legislative maneuver that ensures that the Democrats must take a public stand - one way or another. The request asks Ms. Napolitano to release information on how the report was compiled. The report sparked a furor from conservatives included in the definition of "right-wing extremism" and prompted Ms. Napolitano to apologize to the nation's veterans. In the next couple of days the UK is planning on deporting several person who have been pegged as 'extremists'. Soon after the subway attack, the Brits took action, putting into action a quick and easy way to expel people from the country. Foreigners who, "seek to create fear, distrust and division" can be deported, and deported quickly. There may even be a few folks tossed out within the next few days. Of course the human rights people are crying foul, but the Brits seem to understand that they are in serious trouble.
