Spooner, WI -- A large explosion and fire at a chemical plant in Spooner, Wisconsin has injured at least 2 people. Witnesses say, several area fire departments are on the scene at the Cortec Corporation plant. The Spooner Health System tells KARE 11 the hospital is treating two people from the plant. Their conditions were not immediately made available.
