It is rare when a political action can be legitimately labeled seditious and treasonous at the same time. If you ever wondered why the Durham investigation was last seen on the back of a milk carton and why no one involved in thee Russian collusion hoax and the deep state coup to depose the duly elected President Donald J. Trump has been indicted, consider the actions of William Barr, whom Trump economic adviser Peter Navarro, speaking on Maria Bartiromo’s Sunday Morning Futures show on Fox News, dubbed Trump’s last attorney general and Biden’s first. At the end of Trump’s first...

By February 1, Joe Biden had signed an unprecedented 42 executive orders in just the first few days of his administration. These included executive orders which looked to expand socialized medicine, provide taxpayer funding for foreign abortions, destroy American energy jobs, rejoin meaningless and counterproductive international agreements and organizations, further the promotion of ahistorical mischaracterizations of the United States, and to call for transgender rights in school sports — to name a few. Despite Biden’s use of the executive branch to bypass the legislature since entering office— after reaching the White House while calling for national unity — the new...

A bill introduced in the South Dakota state legislature would grant the state’s attorney general the authority to determine whether President Joe Biden’s executive orders are constitutional and potentially nullify them at the state level. The proposed legislation, which describes itself as an act to “authorize the review of certain executive orders issued by the President of the United States,” was sponsored by a group of 15 Republican lawmakers, including 2 state senators. If passed as written, the bill would allow the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council to review any executive order, which by nature requires no approval...

Some of the headlines in just the past few days indicate that the world has gone mad since Joe Biden* took office. So many executive orders, so many policy changes, so many calls for unity followed by demands against conservatives and Christians. It is almost like a hurricane of crazy. Those addicted to the next one-up on conspiracy theory fantasy can give up their delusions because the facts of what is going on right now politically are at least as outrageous as QAnon hope pornography. People, there is a crisis before our very eyes. One that is not made up...

This is not only about transgendering schools. It is about rejecting an identity politics regime that is at war with our American constitutional government and the self-governing way of life it requires. The American Civil Liberties Union is threatening to sue Montana if it passes a bill that would require publicly funded education institutions to designate sports teams according to participants’ sex. The “Save Women’s Sports Act” would allow for male, female, and coed teams, but not for males to participate on teams designated for females. On the basis of Joe Biden’s executive order demanding that all publicly funded institutions transgender...

It is time to embrace what Thomas Jefferson called the “rightful remedy” for all federal usurpation of states’ domain: nullification

Given Joe Biden’s affinity for firing off executive orders as fast as they’re shoved in front of him — along with accompanying index cards that he’s supposed to read aloud so both he and the rest of us can know what he’s signing — the question of “constitutional” — or the lack thereof — is increasingly under debate, and with good reason.

When you’ve lost the New York Times… In actuality Joe Biden hasn’t lost the paper of record, but his non-stop signing of executive orders to the exclusion of any demands for legislative action has been met with some slight disapproval from the Times editorial board. Titled “Ease up on the executive actions, Joe,” the editorial acknowledges that “things are going the same way they often do in Washington” but emphasizes that “this is no way to make law.” Biden’s own disaffection with the way the Times and other media outlets are treating him in his early days is the subject...

WASHINGTON — Amid mounting criticism of his record-pace executive order blitz — including from liberal media outlets like the New York Times — President Biden refused to take questions from reporters on Thursday as he signed two more actions into effect. The president’s latest orders will open a special enrollment period for the Affordable Care Act and ends the “Mexico City Policy” which bans US federal funding for non-governmental organizations that provide abortion counseling.

'This is no way to make law,' left-wing NYT board writes The left-wing New York Times editorial board supported President Biden's campaign and celebrated his victory, but mild criticism of his spate of executive actions drew a rebuke from Biden's communications director Thursday morning. Chummily headlined, "Ease up on the Executive Actions, Joe," the editorial board admonished him against relying too heavily on executive orders. Biden has signed dozens since taking office last week, addressing issues from climate change to coronavirus to overseas abortions to cancelling the Keystone Pipeline. "But this is no way to make law," the board wrote....

After a chaotic four years, President Biden wants to voters to believe he’s governing as a unifier while actually governing as a hard partisan. For Democrats, that tension doesn’t pose much of a dilemma because the corporate press will uncritically permit Biden to sell his leftism as unification. It’s false advertising. Biden set the tone for his term with a milquetoast inaugural address that pledged to “lower the temperature.” For many in this exhausted and divided nation, that was probably a welcome message. But it’s merely cosmetic and Biden proved that right away. Among his flurry of executive orders were...

American TotalitarianismThe Left's rise to powerLeftists are now in control of the United States, and they intend to keep it that way. They have a stranglehold on the presidency, the house of representatives and the senate. But that's not all. Leftists staff the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Department of Justice and even the Department of Homeland Security. For months our judges, from the lowly circuit courts all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court, have refused to hear reams of voter-fraud evidence or even take the issue seriously, despite disenfranchising more than 70 million voters. So while the courts tell Americans...

Politicians saying one thing and doing another is a story as old as, well… politics. Some examples are a bit more egregious than others, however. Take for example the burgeoning raft of executive orders being signed by President Biden during his first week in office. Did you know that there was a time when Status Quo Joe didn’t really sound like a fan of circumventing the normal legislative process and ruling by the pen and the phone? Yes, yes… I know what you’re thinking. It’s really not fair to dig up some dusty old quote from a politician that was...

A federal judge on Tuesday temporarily blocked President Biden’s attempt to put a moratorium on deportations for 100 days. After Texas sued over the policy, the judge blocked Biden, via a temporary restraining order, from moving forward for 14 days. Texas’ lawsuit claims that the administration would be violating an agreement it has with the Department of Homeland Security – and would require at least 180 days’ notice, as well as consultation, prior to implementing changes in immigration policy. It is unclear whether those terms are enforceable, but similar agreements were struck with several other states under the former administration....

President Donald Trump signed an executive order on May 1 last year prohibiting bulk power system equipment from foreign companies in the U.S. grid, citing security concerns. The U.S. Department of Energy noted that under the current rules, contracts are awarded to the lowest bidder when it comes to bulk power system procurement, and that creates a “vulnerability that can be exploited by those with malicious intent.” U.S. Secretary of Energy Dan Brouillette said that it is imperative that “the bulk-power system be secured against exploitation and attacks by foreign threats.” Analysts believe this means that the United States will...

President Joe Biden has issued more executive orders in his first week in office — not yet complete, as of this writing — than any of his 45 predecessors. As of January 25, 2021, Biden has “issued 33 executive orders, actions, proclamations, memoranda and agency directives,” according to CNN. Twenty-one of these, according to the White House website, are executive orders. President Donald Trump signed four in his first week in 2017; President Barack Obama signed five in 2009; President George W. Bush signed none in his first week in 2001; and President Bill Clinton signed one in 1993. The...

Looks like some of the new faces on Capitol Hill are wasting no time in getting their feet wet with how the whole process of legislative work is done and they are already making a splash. The newly elected representative from Colorado’s third district, Lauren Boebert, is already making some waves and getting underneath the skin of the lefties who by and large think Joe Biden is super smart and wise. Looks like some of the new faces on Capitol Hill are wasting no time in getting their feet wet with how the whole process of legislative work is done...

VIDEO As you can see in the video, Biden signed at least one executive order without even knowing what he was signing. So is it possible that he signed the executive order to kill the Keystone XL Pipeline without even knowing what he was signing? Or did he sign such an executive order knowing full well that it would kill thousands of high paying union jobs as well as severely damaging relations with Canada. Either way it is not a good look for Chairman Xiden, the Temporary Puppet.

Upon taking office, Biden signed nine out of 17 promised Executive Orders and then rested from his labors. President Trump also started his presidency with some executive orders. It's interesting to compare Trump's first executive orders with Biden's and to contemplate what demographics the different presidents were benefiting with those orders. Some of Trump's first 17 E.O.s are purely ministerial, but here are the substantive ones that he issued between his inauguration and mid-March. After each, I've noted the probable beneficiaries of the E.O.:EO 13765: Minimizing the Economic Burden of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Pending Repeal — As...

Joe Biden signed 15 Executive Orders on Wednesday alone. Biden signed additional executive orders on stimulus checks, food stamps and minimum wage on Friday. President Biden signed two executive orders, one of which would increase federal food assistance and streamline the delivery of stimulus checks. Some internet sleuths allege that while signing the orders Biden said: “I don’t know what I’m signing” Video below: LinkLinkIt doesn’t mater if you are a fan of Biden but until we find a video with even clear sound we can’t tell for sure if he is saying: I don’t know what I’m signing or...
