Given Joe Biden’s affinity for firing off executive orders as fast as they’re shoved in front of him — along with accompanying index cards that he’s supposed to read aloud so both he and the rest of us can know what he’s signing — the question of “constitutional” — or the lack thereof — is increasingly under debate, and with good reason.

Ds challenged every Trump order. It's time for payback.
This is how we survive until mid-terms, by which time election laws must be cleaned up to allow a legitimate election.
The legislative branch certainly doesn’t give a crap about ceding their power to “their” dictator.
Nullification should’ve been employed a century ago.
The United States would’ve avoided a ton of needless heartache.
We have to deal with what we have.
I see nothing in the Constitution that provides a president the power to enact Executive Orders, especially Executive Orders that overturn previous president’s Executive Orders.
I’d lkke to know who really wrote the EOs. It sure wasn’t Biden. He didn’t command it. Someone wrote each one and had them ready for Weekend At Biden to sign.
The Constitution? Is there such a thing in America today?
Biden is seated in the Oval Office and waits for Xi to tell him what to do next.
the question of “constitutional”
Hasn’t really existed since both parties abrogated it back in 2009 directly violating it by swearing in the Kenyan from Indonesia.
Definitely challenge that bastard, Joseph Stolen.
The states have to take the lead in fighting back. Many of these things, for one thing, seem to me to violate the interstate commerce clause, which is certainly something that concerns states.
There are a lot of angles they could take. But they’ve got to start resisting now, because once these things get consolidated, it’s going to be hard to “bust out.”
This occurred to me. What if it were law that the President must fully explain his decisions leading up to each and every one of his Executive Orders, then explaining the benefits thereof for the American people. We would have so much stumblefootage of Prez Asterisk, to fill so many channels for months! Would probably lead to a 25th Amendment situation.
From 2016 forward, all office holders will need to be "Deep State Approved" even before any primary.
Wet workers within agencies are fast on track to wage war on dissenters with buggy whip notions of states rights. A little theater? Sure. But in the end they are controlled by the swamp. Romney, McConnell, Graham, congress, and state legislatures are uni-party now.
The Constitution has been made absolutely meaningless.
Only the communists in power/control now decide what is "constitutional"...including the SCOTUS traitors.
Unfortunately, even the red'ist of red states can not stop some of the more damaging restructuring of the fed gov.
For example, adding at least 2 new states to the union and 4 new (D) senators in the process.
Amen. Father may it be by your power and righteousness that We Your People’s lawful government be restored. Amen.

Do some research on Emergency Rule.
By Chief Justice Roberts who it turns out bought his adopted Irish children from Epstein. (Illegal adoption)
Good luck! We needed only 3 or 4 of 6 “Red States” to have hearings on voting fraud and vote electors. Got zero.
Besides, Mark Levin says nullification is “neo-confederate”, so...

That's correct. No longer opinion as it's demonstrated on a near daily basis.
Our "Constitution" is whatever the elitist's want it to be at any given moment.
Think of everyone in this country that takes an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. An action that has no meaning, only ceremonial window dressing.
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other
A republic...if you can keep it. We clearly couldn't keep it.
