By February 1, Joe Biden had signed an unprecedented 42 executive orders in just the first few days of his administration. These included executive orders which looked to expand socialized medicine, provide taxpayer funding for foreign abortions, destroy American energy jobs, rejoin meaningless and counterproductive international agreements and organizations, further the promotion of ahistorical mischaracterizations of the United States, and to call for transgender rights in school sports — to name a few.
Despite Biden’s use of the executive branch to bypass the legislature since entering office— after reaching the White House while calling for national unity — the new president has continued to add to this list. Since the beginning of February, Biden has signed an additional nine executive orders and actions, putting his running tally at an unbelievable 52 executive orders and actions after just 20 days in office.
This is the same Joe Biden who, prior to winning the election in November, described ruling by executive order as dictatorial, reminding us that “we’re a democracy.”

And the GOP hide in th corner hoping CNN likes them.
Sounds and acts just like Xi Jinping
Our Founders considered democracy to be equal to mobocracy and anarchy.
That's why they gave us a Republic.
The rule of law is dead.
The rule of Faux Joe is as fauxnee as the last election.
Indians are demanding swift action from Biden via executive order: (from the Indian @immigrantvoice group)
Do not count H-1B dependents in yearly green card numbers – Could help quadruple the yearly quota of Green card given as each skilled worker has an average Indian family size of 4.1
Use lost or unused green cards – Could be in the range of 220k. Combined with point 1, this can easily be about 1.2 million GC numbers annually available for both Employment and family-based categories.
Remove country of birth green card limits – This will help the 10 million Indian backlogs.(employment plus family)
I have reluctantly come to the unfortunate and dismal conclusion that the election—if it was merely close and not overwhelmingly stolen (AND I BELIEVE IT WAS STOLEN...I’M FROM PENNSYLVANIA!)—became a referendum on COVID response.
Maskers vs. non-maskers.
“Safety” vs. freedom.
Hula hoop circles vs. airport rallies.
The Karens and Kevins won.
The thing that bothered me was the number of obedient people still wearing their masks in early November.
Even more now.
I've basically become a hermit because I cannot stomach the sight of these muzzled sheeple.
Like Sam Adams, I regret to have called them my countrymen.
May their soggy, snotty, stiffly face diapers rest lightly upon them.
Sir Winston gave a quote when it appeared England was about to be invaded by the Nazis. I won’t quote it as any student of history knows it already. But it will be quite fitting—shortly.
He signs whatever they put in front of him. He has no idea what he’s signing.
I don’t give a squat what he signs, says, or does. It’s all illegitimate!
Anything Joe Biden says is totally meaningless and not worthy of respect ten minutes later — a serial liar. Period.

States Rights! South Dakota Republican Bill Seeks to Nullify Biden Executive Orders It Deems Unconstitutional

A bill introduced in the South Dakota state legislature would grant the state’s attorney general the authority to determine whether President Joe Biden’s executive orders are constitutional and potentially nullify them at the state level.
The proposed legislation, which describes itself as an act to “authorize the review of certain executive orders issued by the President of the United States,” was sponsored by a group of 15 Republican lawmakers, including 2 state senators.
If passed as written, the bill would allow the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council to review any executive order, which by nature requires no approval from Congress. Upon review, the Board may refer the order to the attorney general for further examination. The attorney general will then determine whether South Dakota should seek an exemption from the application of the order if deemed unconstitutional.
According to the latest version of the bill, South Dakota should be able to exempt itself from any law and order that “restricts a person’s rights” or that is determined by the attorney general to be unconstitutional if it falls into any of six specific categories.
Those categories are laws related to a pandemic or other public health emergency; the regulation of natural resources; the regulation of the agricultural industry; the regulation of land use; the regulation of the financial sector through the imposition of environmental, social, or governance standards; and the regulation of the constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
The legislative effort to potentially exempt South Dakota from the president’s executive orders comes after the decision to end the $8 billion Keystone XL pipeline project, part of the Biden administration’s plan to address the “climate crisis.”

How many have been taken to court by the GOP?
I don’t believe he is the one actually signing all of them.
Rubber stamp Jill is signing many.
