U.S. prosecutors are asking that convicted eco-arsonist Briana Waters be held in jail pending her sentencing in federal court because she was involved in another Earth Liberation Front arson at a horse ranch in California, according to court documents. DeMuth farm near Waverly over the weekend.</p> <p>The incident is being investigated by federal, state and county authorities as an act of possible terrorism by militant animal-rights activists.</p> <p>A Bremer County sheriff's spokesman said Sunday that the owner of the farm was trying to recover as many of the animals as possible.</p>
