PEARL RIVER -Less than who served nearly 40 years for killing a Pearl River girl is back behind bars. Richard LaBarbera allegedly violated the conditions of his parole and is being held at the Erie County Jail. LaBarbera was released from Sing Sing Prison on July 8., and as a condition of his parole, he was sent to Erie County.
