More than two weeks after a band of young people began camping out under the shadow of the New York Stock Exchange, the movement to remake America’s inequitable financial system is growing It’s been called the Woodstock of Wall Street, but that’s hardly an apt comparison. The gathering at Max Yasgur’s farm 42 years ago was built on a generation looking for peace, love, some drugs and acid rock. The kids today are looking for real, tangible change of the capitalist sort. They’re organized, lucid and motivated.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen)’s Holocaust "accusation" ... is now also calling Berlin police to action. "The preliminary investigation into the initial suspicion of incitement to hatred under article 130 of the Penal Code is being processed in a specialized department of the State Criminal Police Station”, a police spokeswoman told the newspaper “Bild” (Friday). Criminal lawyer Udo Vetter told the German newspaper: "As a result, an initial suspicion of downplaying Nazi tyranny cannot be ruled out immediately." At a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz at the chancellery on Tuesday, Abbas accused Israel of several "holocausts[sic]"...

In March 28, 2021, Syrian replied to Electronic Intifada's Ali Abunimah: Zaher Atassi (@AtassiZaher) Tweeted [https://twitter.com/AtassiZaher/status/1376130530375299072?s=20] : "The Israeli Democracy is flawed". Said the supporter of a totalitarian dictatorship which tortured hundreds of thousands to death, and its leader who inherited the presidency from his father that led an openly racist arab supremacist party. ____ (Nevermind that the Israeli democracy government has an Arab coalition which extracts now even more money for preferential treatment routing for Arabs in Israel...vs Pallywood Ali Abunimah "accusations" but 'Aparthrid ethnic cleansing Palestine' Mahmoud Abbas declared that no Israeli will stay in an envisioned State.)

Wait, I changed my mind from the headline. Let’s unify this sucker. Let’s all work together for a brighter tomorrow and join the team and bring in the big win. Let’s have a big circle of hugs and solidarity where we rally around shared values and norms. Except how about we normal people get to pick those values and norms, not the garbage elite that presumes to rule us?RECORD SCRATCH!Just kidding! The idea that we might have some legitimate interests and policy preferences is outrageous and seditious and probably transphobic and generally doubleplusungood. We need to give them up and...

Now is the time annual compilation lists come out. While most focus on the year’s best, these are the bottom-dwellers in entertainment this year. The “Best of…” list is required this time of year. The calendar is about to wrap up, so the timing is natural, and frankly writers are not too eager to put in serious work around the holidays. But while most are eager to collect their opinions on the top films, shows, performances, etc., notable misfires also took place in the past year. There was plenty of wreckage by the side of the road in the entertainment industry.Here...

The E-1 area is a part of the Israeli city of Maale Adumim, just to the east of Jerusalem. An E-1 construction plan was devised in order to link Maale Adumim and its 36,000 residents to Jerusalem. Every Israeli prime minister since Yitzhak Rabin has supported the plan that covers an area of largely uninhabited, state-owned land. Without control of the E-1 area, Israel is apprehensive about a Palestinian belt of construction that will threaten Jerusalem from the east, block the city's development eastward, and undermine Israel's control of the Jerusalem-Jericho road. This major artery is of paramount strategic importance...

International Solidarity Movement, Electronic Intifada, Boycotting Israel Since I started my column here at Canada Free Press it seems the Palestinian propaganda movement, which also likes to call itself the International Solidarity Movement, is upset with me. After all, a movement that likes to tell the world it is a "peace and human rights" movement out for "social justice," but then works to steal foreign aid money and to aid terrorists to murder women and children can get very upset when it is exposed to the light of day. They are so upset with me that no less than five...
