None of the children was injured, but the storm did widespread damage in the area.     EAST WINDSOR, Conn. (AP) _ The April drowning deaths of an Afghani couple in a park pond have been ruled accidental, authorities said. Mohammad Gumshuda, 53, and his wife, Simmer Hider, both of East Windsor, were found April 18 in about 10 feet of water at East Windsor Park. Relatives said neither one could swim and both were afraid of water. A spokesman for the state medical examiner's office said Friday that further tests revealed Gumshuda was intoxicated.
