Huma Abedin, the wife of the Democratic congressman Anthony Weiner, who is currently engulfed in a cringe-inducing scandal over sexually suggestive images of himself he sent over the internet, is reportedly pregnant with her first baby. According to the New York Times, the couple have told family and intimate friends that Abedin is pregnant. The news comes out just two days after Weiner, a rising star within the Democratic party, made a grovelling televised apology in which he admitted he had sent semi-clad photographs of himself to at least six different women, some of which had occurred after his marriage.

A long-time Summit County cheerleading instructor has been charged with having sexual contact with a 16-year-old male student. Mishelle Robinson, a 31-year-old instructor at one of the state's most prestigious cheerleading and dancing facilities, faces felony charges of sexual battery. Robinson has been a coach at Northeast Ohio All-Stars Training Center for eight years. The owners of All-Stars have said publicly that whatever Robinson is accused of doing happened during the offseason and had nothing to do with NEO All-Stars. Wooten, 65, was accused of greeting customers with a computer-generated photo of himself in which he appeared to be naked — except for a carefully placed Wal-Mart bag — and of telling customers that Wal-Mart was cutting costs and the sack was the company's new uniform.
