Our Catholic friends won’t like this revelation but facts are facts. Patrick (original name was Sucat) was born in Scotland about 375 AD and lived about 85 years dying in 460. As a teen he was captured by marauding raiders and taken to Ireland where he was sold to Milcho, a Druid chieftain and held in slavery for six years. Patrick said that he was hungry and naked during that time. He eventually walked 200 miles to the Irish coast to escape and to find his way back to Scotland. It is my desire to dispel the myths, delusions, superstitions...

I realize that my heading is sensational, shocking, and critics will say it is silly, but even if that is true, that would not make it imponderable, improbable, or impossible. Other nations have destroyed themselves by flaunting their wicked behavior in the face of God. Many Americans are experts at flaunting even as they profess motives of love, equality and justice. I suggest their motive is fear: fear of being laughed at; fear of being ostracized; fear of inadequate ability to defend the biblical position. So, it’s easier, and more popular, to go with the flow–even if it’s over Niagara....

Evangelicals are usually very sensitive as to what people say and think about them whereas the driving force for Fundamentalists generally is not their perception by others, but their faithfulness to Scripture. Many years ago Evangelicals sold their souls for respectability. However, genuine Christians will always be persecuted and scorned as Paul wrote in I Cor. 4:13, “We are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day.” Evangelicals will polish all the liberal apples and “make a deal with the devil” to gain the favor and acceptance of polite society, seeking...

Most of today’s citizens don’t want any constraints upon themselves especially in the area of sex; however, whatever government does, God still holds everyone to a very high standard: all sex outside of a marriage relationship is sinful and will be faced one day. Apart from God’s judgment, adultery can result in bastard babies, broken marriages, blasted careers, and baneful diseases. Adultery seems to be too much pain for so little gain! I wonder if General Patraeus thinks his roll in the hay was worth the destruction of his reputation, career, and maybe his marriage. God has not rescinded the...

The Egyptian government, dominated by Muslims, has proposed a law permitting a husband to have sex with his wife’s corpse for up to six hours after her demise. It is called the “Farewell Intercourse” law. Hey, don’t look at me like that! I don’t explain them; I only report them (with a comment or two). Moroccan cleric Zamzami Abdul Bari said in May 2011, that marriage “remains valid even after death.” The feminists won’t have cause to scream discrimination since he added, that “women have the right to have sex with her dead husband” when he is stone cold. Not...

People were walking toward the impressive auditorium from every direction. I got the impression of a crowd going to a sporting event. Almost every person was dressed as if they were. Out of thousands of people, I saw one man wearing a suit; most people were in shorts so I saw lots of leg. It was a very causal event. I did see five or six women carrying what seemed to be Bibles, although surely not a KJV! But then, I’m making an unsupported judgment. Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, IL is having an incredible impact on “evangelical”...
