Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) joined pro-abortion activists outside the Supreme Court Friday to protest the historic overturning of Roe v. Wade by the nation’s highest court. Ocasio-Cortez can be seen chanting the word “illegitimate” in reference to the decision alongside activists, according to video footage shared by TPUSA contributor Drew Hernandez. The New York Democrat was also seen shouting “into the streets,” in an apparent call for Americans to partake in public demonstrations against the ruling. Several people on social media identified Sunsara Taylor of the Revolutionary Communist Party, USA, as the woman holding a bullhorn receiver for Ocasio-Cortez and...

We all knew it was coming, and we all knew what the reaction would be. During the 10 am ET hour Friday, CNN’s Jim Sciutto visibly winced as he broke the news that the Supreme Court had overturned the precedent establishing abortion as a legal right. In the wake of Roe v. Wade’s demise, here’s a little glimpse at the overwrought declarations by everyone’s favorite usual suspects in TV news: MSNBC’s Joyce Vance had a rather network-appropriate action to the ruling: This is a tough situation. I think we all knew that this was coming. I think we expected for...

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Democrats have temporarily pushed pause on the January 6th hearings in order to lead an insurrection against the federal government. "On January 6th, a branch of our federal government was almost overthrown because politicians used dangerous rhetoric that caused—wait, hold on everyone, I just got the update. Roe's been overturned!" said Representative Adam Schiff. "Okay, well if all the Republicans could please sit tight, there will be a brief recess while our Democratic caucus takes to the streets demanding we overthrow a branch of the federal government." After closing down their presentation entitled "How Trump Undermined Institutional Authority", Democrats...

Former President Donald Trump said Friday that the Supreme Court overturned the Roe v. Wade decision establishing a national right to abortion because he was able to install three nominees on the bench during his term in office. Mr. Trump called the ruling “the biggest win for life in a generation” and said it was “only made possible because I delivered everything as promised.” “I did not cave to the Radical Left Democrats, their partners in the Fake News Media, or the RINOs who are likewise the true, but silent, enemy of the people,” the former GOP president said in...

Friday’s decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade will make abortions illegal in Texas in 30 days. The Texas Legislature passed a “trigger law” in 2021 that makes performing abortions in Texas a felony 30 days after the Supreme Court overrules Roe v. Wade. “The U.S. Supreme Court correctly overturned Roe v. Wade and reinstated the right of states to protect innocent, unborn children,” Texas Governor Greg Abbott said in a written statement following the SCOTUS decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. “Texas is a pro-life state, and we have taken significant action to...

EXCLUSIVE: Former President Trump praised the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade Friday, telling Fox News that the ruling "will work out for everybody." "This is following the Constitution, and giving rights back when they should have been given long ago," Trump told Fox News. When asked if he had a message for any of his supporters who may be pro-choice, Trump told Fox News: "I think, in the end, this is something that will work out for everybody." "This brings everything back to the states where it has always belonged," Trump said. When asked whether he feels...

You've gotta listen to this analysis by Tammy Bruce. She says the real fear of the Left is taking the fight back to the states again - federalism. This is the real reason why they wanted abortion to be "settled law" and hang it over the rest of the nation. Now, when people start seeing states banning abortions, you're going to see the remaining conservatives in blue states start demanding for change too at the state level. This is the way that it's supposed to be folks.

MADISON, Wis. — Planned Parenthood in Wisconsin immediately halted all scheduled abortions at its clinics in Madison and Milwaukee following the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling striking down the Roe v. Wade decision on Friday. Wisconsin has an 1849 law that bans abortion, except to save the life of the mother, but whether that law is enforceable was expected to be the center of yet-to-be-filed lawsuits. Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul, a Democrat, said he would have news next week about next steps in reaction to the court’s ruling. Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin President Tanya Atkinson said in a statement that...

U.S.—After making it to the 198th trimester, Roe V. Wade has been aborted. Conceived all the way back on January 22, 1973, Roe V. Wade has been struck down after a decision was passed down today by the Supreme Court. 6 out of the 9 Justices decided to terminate the longstanding federal law. According to Doctors who performed the procedure, "Roe V Wade did not feel a thing as it was ripped apart word by word, syllable from syllable as it was fed through the paper shredder." According to sources, the Justices claimed court autonomy gave them the right to...

Abortion was automatically outlawed in 18 US states as soon as Roe v. Wade was overturned, thanks to specially-devised 'trigger laws' and historic bans that were automatically reenacted after Friday's ruling. Thirteen states prepared trigger laws which would automatically outlaw terminations in the event of a ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade, which was widely-anticipated. They are: Arkansas; Idaho; Kentucky; Louisiana; Mississippi; Missouri; North Dakota; Oklahoma; South Dakota; Tennessee; Texas; Utah and Wyoming. Abortion bans in those states will now become law within 30 days. Five other states have also now banned terminations, after historic laws superseded by the 1973...

Some battles are clear-cut. If the Cubs play the Brewers, one team wins and the other team loses. A score is posted and everyone knows who the winner is. It’s often that simple with Supreme Court rulings too… but not with Dobbs. On Friday, June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court released the long-awaited decision in the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. At long last, the high court overturned Roe v. Wade, the 1973 decision in which the Supreme Court assumed the power to regulate how and when states can regulate abortion. Roe v. Wade Let’s look at...
