Did Biden pressure Garland to prosecute Trump? We found it on tape. President Biden expressly said that he would use the full power of the United States government to ensure that former President Trump will not become the next president again. As the 45th president builds his legal defense to counter Special Counsel Jack Smith's Crime-Fraud Exception Strategy and have the case thrown out, the government's case could further fall apart if the Trump team can show that the DOJ is using selective, premeditated, biased, prosecution techniques to target him based on a presidential directive to achieve a desired result....

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) defended his state’s controversial nursing home directive, which instructed nursing homes to accept coronavirus patients, contending this week it was Republicans who “politicized a health order” and referring to the order as a “smart” decision from a medical point of view.

After 15 years with my medical group, I received the advanced directive from them. Modeled after the Obama care directive it was interesting to note that the doctor's group directive asks whether one wants to choose whether to be KEPT ALIVE when one has an illness that will not get better, cannot be cured, and will result in one's death quite soon, i.e. a terminal condition. Or when one is no longer unconscious, and likely one would never regain conscious again. The other choice is to be kept alive as long as possible. All other directives I see ask whether...

The European Union expressed concern on Friday over a directive by Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon to suspend contact with Europe on matters related to Judea, Samaria and Gaza. Maja Kocijancic, a spokeswoman for EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, responded to the decision by saying, "The EU is concerned by reports in the Israeli media that the Israeli Minister of Defense has announced a number of restrictions affecting EU activities supporting the Palestinian people." Kocijancic stressed, however, "We have not received any official communication from the Israeli authorities. Our delegations on the spot are seeking urgent clarifications.” Israeli media outlets...

Obama - I’ve said over the last couple of months since this happened, the minute I found out what was happening, I gave three very clear directives. Number one, make sure that we are securing our personnel and doing whatever we need to. Number two, we’re going to investigate exactly what happened so that it doesn’t happen again. Number three, find out who did this so we can bring them to justice. And I guarantee you that everyone in the state department, our military, the CIA, you name it, had number one priority making sure that people were safe. Sirchtruth...

Dear Leaders, We appreciate your coordination of communicating the District's press release about the President's address on September 8. We ask that you communicate with your staff on the following instructional matters as well. If teachers choose to show the video in class as part of their curriculm at a later date, they must: 1. be able to tie the video to TEKS for their subject area; 2. notify parents in advance that the speech will be shown and provide information about follow-up assignments or activities; and 3. provide an opportunity for parents/students to "opt-out" if they do not wish...

Have a look at DoD Directive 1404.10: http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/corres/pdf/140410p.pdf Is this where Chairman Obama's mysterious 600,000 new jobs will be created? Does this remind anyone else of Germany in the first half of the 20th Century? Are we going to see brown shirts and black armbands in the near future?

WASHINGTON, Dec. 13, 2005 – Stability operations are now a major priority for the Defense Department, on par with combat operations, and will receive more planning and funding, two DoD officials said here today. The officials were explaining DoD Directive 3000.05, which was signed Nov. 28. The directive provides guidance on stability operations and assigns responsibility for planning, training and preparing to conduct and support stability operations. The origins of the directive come from the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, said Jeffrey Nadaner, deputy assistant secretary of defense for stability operations. Before Sept. 11, many people within DoD thought of...

WASHINGTON (AFP) - US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld can authorize exceptions to a new Defense Department policy on military interrogations that bars torture and calls for "humane" treatment of detainees, a spokesman said. The new directive lays out broad policy governing interrogations of detainees in Defense Department custody, but leaves the definition of "humane" to a separate, yet to be released directive that is still being debated within the administration. A little noticed loophole in the directive, which was made public Tuesday, gives the secretary of defense or his deputy authority to override the policy. "Intelligence interrogations will be conducted...

WASHINGTON, Nov. 8, 2005 – The Defense Department has a new policy in regard to detainee interrogations. DoD Directive 3115.09, "DoD Intelligence Interrogations, Detainee Debriefings, and Tactical Questioning," takes the lessons learned in the global war on terrorism and consolidates them into one overarching document, officials said. The bottom line, according to the document, is that "all intelligence interrogations, debriefings, or tactical questioning to gain intelligence from captured or detained personnel shall be conducted humanely." "Acts of physical or mental torture are prohibited," the directive states. The policy also requires all non-DoD personnel conducting briefings of detainees under DoD control...

This is an amended post from my personal blog. I post it here because I expect it to take off like crazy in the MSM as their "counter-argument" when the Dems start taking heat for their murderous stance on Terri Schiavo. A comment was left by "Mike" who, after making his accusation, failed to substantiate his claim with any facts, a common practice of Leftists, it seems. He asserts that President Bush, as Governor of Texas, signed a bill then that makes him a hypocrite in his stand on Terri Schiavo now. I have just two things to say to...

While the State Department's Patterns of Global Terrorism—2003 report [1] labeled Iran "the most active state sponsor of terrorism in 2003," the Bush administration has yet to agree on a national security presidential directive to define U.S. policy toward the Islamic Republic.[2] Meanwhile, Tehran continues to edge closer to nuclear capability.[3]The following are excerpts from the 9/11 Commission Report, an unclassified version of which was released to the public on July 22, 2004.[4] The commission interviewed more than 1,000 people in ten countries and conducted an unprecedented review of U.S. intelligence. Among its findings, excerpted below, was evidence of a...

/begin my translation of his directive on 03/09/04 March 9th(, 2004) I cannot approve your proposal to expand the construction project at Samjiyon(Sam-ji-yon) County because it does not take into account the (dire) economic situation in the country. Instead of continuing the construction, it would be more effective to focus our currently available resources on the underground construction project at Mt. Moodubong(Moo-du-bong), and finish it quickly. If we need more cement, we should send all cement imported from China to the Mt. Moodubong construction site. The reason why I repeatedly emphasize Moodubong project, despite our difficult conditions, is that the...
