New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) defended his state’s controversial nursing home directive, which instructed nursing homes to accept coronavirus patients, contending this week it was Republicans who “politicized a health order” and referring to the order as a “smart” decision from a medical point of view.

This emboldened jackass believes there will be no consequences for his criminal behavior.
Isn’t anything an elected official does a political matter?
Is he seriously suggesting that because he calls it a :health order” that he is not answerable for his actions?
He didn’t just send sick residents back.
He allowed confirmed positive staff to continue to report to work until mid-May of last year.
But nobody ever mentions that.
Go figure.
He knows he’ll never be held responsible.
He serves at Deep State’s pleasure, not ours.
Como is the poster man for “blame someone else”... the Left, Progressives, Democrats are not even trying to follow our Constitutional Law, they’ve thrown that document under the bus and no one, NO ONE is trying to stop them but a precious few and they are being ignored. Communism is here in our Republic and moving fast to take over.
Cuomo politicized it by refusing President Trump's help by leaving those facilities empty so that Trump wouldn't get credit.

All the news stations had him on for hours and hours every day.
Unfortunately, he’s probably right.
Nope. Cuomo DELIBERATELY murdered those poor innocent elderly folks and should already be locked up and facing a death penalty sentence for it.
Cuomo was most likely “under orders from the home planet” to do it too. To thin out the Social Security herd.
So far it looks like there will be no consequences. Where the hel. Are Republicans AND lawyers representing the 10’s of 1000’s of victim’s families? Had this been a republican gov, he would be fired already and standing trial for human rights violations or something
