Police in the Delaware city of Rehoboth Beach issued their first citation for not wearing a mask on the boardwalk against a Lancaster [PA] man. According to a statement from Rehoboth Beach Police Public Information Officer Lt. Jaime Riddle, Delaware has opened beaches and boardwalks as of May 22, but with the regulation that face masks are required to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
