Not a vigilante killing....but no one is shedding any tears over this piece of garbage: Sunday evening, somebody shot and killed Robie in the Morse Red Line station lobby. Given his long history of robbing, battering, and generally causing nothing but trouble in the city’s transit system, it seems like an appropriate exit. ...Someone was bound to shoot him for cause sooner or later. That it might have been accidental is just amusing.

CHICAGO — A man with a long history of criminal activity on the CTA’s train lines was shot and killed Sunday evening at the Morse Red Line station, according to a law enforcement source.
