Far left Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel on Tuesday charged her former Republican foe Attorney Matthew DePerno for daring to look at a Dominion voting machine following the 2020 presidential election. This is now against the law in Democrat-run Michigan. Nessel previously appointed a special counsel to investigate her Republican opponent Deperno just weeks before the general election. A lawyer who has been fighting for an accurate review of the 2020 presidential election results in Antrim County, Michigan, went on social media this week to charge the election system there was accessed by an anonymous user – remotely – days after the election. Lawyer Matthew DePerno previously said the evidence appears to show the machines could have been accessed remotely through the internet, and there existed software in the machines that would have allowed manipulation of the results.

An assistant professor at the State University of New York in Cortland has been arrested in central New York on rape and sexual abuse charges. Daniel DePerno of Cortland is accused of victimizing a teenage girl on several occasions since she was 13. The 39-year-old DePerno was arrested Thursday on charges of second-degree and third-degree rape, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child after a joint investigation by state troopers and SUNY Cortland police.
