Subway assaults are soaring — with complaints up 24 percent this year — and the worst two stations are Union Square and Prospect Park, according to crime data obtained by The Post. Reports of felony assaults rose to 151 through Aug. 16 compared with 122 over the same period last year. There were 101 subway assault arrests year to date, up from 85 during the same period last year.
