I left for vacation on Wednesday somewhat pleased about the election results, all things considered. I've been checking back in with the news periodically and am increasingly disturbed by what's going on in Florida and Arizona. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Democrats never accept defeat, ever. Dinesh D'Souza's new documentary Death of a Nation seems to be unfortunately collapsing at the box office. It has lost 20% of the theaters in just its second week, and is doing about half as well as "2016 Obama's America" did at this point in that movie's life. Unsurprisingly, Dinesh D'Souza's film Death of a Nation has made the loud voices on the left stark raving mad. A perfect example is the film review website Rotten Tomatoes. Rotten Tomatoes gives it a "0%" rating from critics. They also give very low ratings to movies life "Facing the Giants". So this type of rating was actually encouraging. The Left must really dislike it (usually they at least give 10% to 15% to make it seem somewhat fair, but they couldn't even do that this time.

Just got back from the first showing of Death of a Nation. Technically it opens tomorrow (Friday) but there were 4 showings today, which is 2 more than usual for a Thursday night. The theatre was very full which was also a pleasant surprise. Once again, Dinesh does a good job of really educating us on the origin and history of America. He defines socialism, fascism, communism and marxism and shows their origins and how they intricately connect the US with Nazi Germany and Mussolini's Italy. I saw my first movie in several years. Death of a Nation by Dinesh D'Souza. It was an advance showing at a local theater. The movie was outstanding, entertaining and well documented as would be expected from D'Souza. I'm sure there will be a lot of Progressive/Democrat heads exploding when the film is in general release. Like many other conservative films you may have to search to find it or as a last resort buy a copy of the DVD if not show locally.
