Carnival Cruise Line has announced further cancellations, and it now means that no Carnival cruise ships will sail in March. It delays the resumption of operations until April at the very earliest. Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) on Friday announced that all U.S. cruise lines it represents have agreed to voluntarily suspend voyages until Sept. 16 or later. CLIA represents dozens of cruise lines, including brands owned by South Florida's publicly traded cruise companies.
