Re: the Texas shooter of earlier this week, Timothy Simpkins, I find it interesting that his name does not appear on the Tarrant County Texas Inmate Search database. Simpkins was released yesterday. Has his case already been lost? Also, I would like to know the name of the Judge that released Simpkins.
