A man was shot Thursday night near Copley Square in the Back Bay, startling passersby who stopped to stare at the crime scene on one of Boston’s most iconic and frequently visited stretches. Boston police Superintendent William Gross said at the scene that the unidentified victim, believed to be in his late 20s or 30s, was shot in the chest.

The early news in Boston announced that John Kerry will hunker (or is it bunker) down in Copley Square election night. I find that a rather strange location as it was in the men's room of the hotel there in Copley Square where his grandfather put a pistol to his head and blew his brains out in the 1920s.
