BAQUBAH — A busy roadway was re-opened by the Iraqi government during a ceremony in the Shifta district of Baqubah, Iraq, Jan. 28. Kharesan Street, a main roadway linking northern and southern Baqubah, was re-opened for use by civilian vehicles.
