On Sunday a Cessna Citation V was flying around the restricted airspace over Washington D.C. and not responding to radio communications, leading to multiple F-16 jets scrambling to intercept the aircraft before it ultimately crashed near the George Washington National Forest in southern Virginia. The AOPA released its early analysis of the deadly crash, delving into the possible causes like hypoxia. The Citation took off from Elizabethton Municipal Airport (0A9) in Tennessee for Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) in New York but never descended and rather stays at the same altitude and turns around for Elizabethton. But the Pomeranian's fur color had already caught the attention of Miami-Dade County Animal Services during an inspection at Torres' Doral puppy store last month. >I am Editor-in-Chief of The Blaze today in large part because I was a blogger who did stories that Glenn Beck featured on his radio and TV shows. Before joining the Beck team I always found, of all the shows and sites in the wide world of web news, that Glenn was the most generous in terms of saying thank you, of giving credit, and of making mention on air when possible. HeÂ’s promoted (and even hired) and amazing number of bloggers and writers. So itÂ’s through that lens that I look at the claims in a new story posted by...

AVONDALE, Ariz. (Nov. 13) - Roush Racing put up with Kurt Busch's reputation for reckless driving on the track. "It's the last straw for Roush Racing," team president Geoff Smith said Sunday. "We're officially retiring as Kurt Busch's apologists, effective today." Kenny Wallace replaced Busch for Sunday's race at...

I just read John Kerry's Silver Star citation and almost fell out of my chair. Having served at one time as an "awards and decorations officer", which is an additional duty assignment for staff officers, I know full well how these citations can be colored and worded to change an "oh no!" into a "attaboy." That is what happened with Kerry's situation. He probably would have been disciplined for endangering his boat and crew, but instead, because of his political connections, they gave him what is known as a "coverup award." One of the oldest tricks in the military book...
