On September 8, 2004, CBS’s “60 Minutes” used forged government documents as the basis for a story that attacked the military record of then-President George W. Bush. It was bad enough that CBS used forged government documents, but what made it worse was that CBS aired this story during the presidential election and timed the airing to coincide with the rollout of Democrat John Kerry’s “favorite son” campaign theme. CBS thus provided the “news” upon which the Democrat candidate based his attack ads. The CBS story was quickly disproven and eventually forced CBS into personnel changes and investigations. Dan Rather...

Rural Afghanistan has been rocked by climate change. The past three decades have brought floods and drought that have destroyed crops and left people hungry. And the Taliban — likely without knowing climate change was the cause — has taken advantage of that pain. While agriculture is a source of income for more than 60% of Afghans, more than 80% of conflicts in the country are linked to natural resources, according to a joint study by the World Food Programme, the United Nations Environment Program and Afghanistan's National Environmental Protection Agency. In 2019, Afghanistan ranked sixth in the world for...

The ABC, CBS and NBC evening news networks have ignored a new poll shattering President Joe Biden’s economic image. A new Morning Consult/Politico poll of 1,997 registered voters released on July 28 found that 59 percent “hold Biden’s economic policies responsible for the 13-year high in inflation in the United States.” In fact, Morning Consult noted that by a 20-point margin, voters pointed to Biden’s policies over a return to pre-pandemic normals as being “very responsible” for the spiking inflation. ABC World News Tonight, CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News ignored Morning Consult’s politically damaging survey during their July...

Viewers watching the ABC, CBS or NBC networks since Feb. 1 likely didn’t hear anything about a rising index indicating that Americans are worse off under President Joe Biden. Issues & Insights released a report on the misery index, a measure started under President Lyndon Johnson that combines the unemployment rate and the inflation rate. The idea is that “joblessness and a fast-rising cost of living produces palpable misery in the country.” The measure spiked at “the start of the COVID-19 lockdowns, jumping from 5.94 to over 15 in one month with the surge in unemployment,” Issues & Insights said....

VIDEODuring my weeklong suspension from YouTube I had time for deep self-reflection and came to realize that the Community Guidelines of which I was in violation of are absolutely perfect because they have been set forth by Silicon Valley billionaires who we all know are always infallible. However, during that period I saw something that shocked me to my very core and made me wonder if it represented a rip in the very fabric of the universe.

The derelict ABC, CBS and NBC morning news networks bypassed a new inflation report showing consumer prices skyrocketing at record paces in the U.S. They ignored the report as if it didn’t exist. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported at 8:30 a.m. July 13 that the “Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) increased 0.9 percent in June on a seasonally adjusted basis after rising 0.6 percent in May.” The dangerous spike was the “the largest 1-month change since June 2008 when the index rose 1.0 percent.” The statistic destroyed the median 0.5 percent increase forecast by a...

Manhattan Institute Senior Fellow Christopher Rufo dropped a bombshell exposing a major U.S. defense contractor’s mission to shame its white employees and enforce critical race theory. Rufo stated on Twitter July 6 that Raytheon Technologies “has launched a critical race theory program that encourages white employees to confront their ‘privilege,’ reject the principle of ‘equality,’ and ‘defund the police.’” Rufo posted purported pictures of internal Raytheon documents that appear to expose the company’s woke policies. He said the company had asked “white employees to deconstruct their identities and ‘identify [their] privilege.’” He continued: “The company argues that white, straight, Christian...

The second quarter of 2021 saw viewers ditch CNN and MSNBC in droves as experts wonder if the liberal networks can ever recover from a “serious credibility problem” they created by relying on former President Donald Trump for success while ignoring internal gaffes and scandals. “CNN and MSNBC were one-trick ponies, and that trick was bashing Trump,” Cornell Law School professor and media critic William A. Jacobson told Fox News. “Now that Trump no longer is president, they have tried to keep up the mania, but it’s hard. The audience has disappeared because it never was loyal to CNN and...

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — There were frightening moments in Times Square on Sunday evening. A 21-year-old man, who was visiting the city with his family, was shot in the back, CBS2’s Kiran Dhillon reported. There were large crowds of people nearby at the time and many had a front-row seat to the violence. The victim is seen on video being treated by paramedics and taken away on a stretcher. Police said the shooting happened after a group of five to six men got involved in a dispute near the Minskoff Theatre, which is home to “The Lion King,” near the...

An election official in Fulton County, Georgia is blowing the whistle, revealing how Georgia Republican leaders were made aware of severe fraud immediately after the 2020 presidential election but chose to look the other way. The whistleblower released a memo detailing the allegations of poll watcher Carter Jones, who saw riggers on the floor engaging in the double-counting of votes, violating the chain of custody repeatedly, handling ballots improperly, and bragging they were going to “f*ck sh*t up” in the aftermath of the vote. The election official confirmed that Jones’ testimony was relayed to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger...

The San Francisco Walgreens shoplifter defended by one CBS anchor last week as probably just stealing something he needed has reportedly been arrested and linked to at least seven different shoplifting incidents. [cut] Lugo-Romero was arrested around 8:30 a.m. Saturday after officers spotted him entering a store on Haight Street, San Francisco Police Department said in a recent press release. At the time, police officers who recognized him followed Lugo-Romero, 40, into the drug store "to find him clearing shelves of cosmetics and placing the merchandise into a duffel bag," SFPD said. After arresting him, officers determined the stolen goods...

Spiking inflation seems to be the new normal under President Joe Biden’s administration, and the ABC, CBS and NBC evening news continue to protect him from negative coverage. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported June 15 that the anticipated Producer Price Index (PPI) for final demand in May increased at a whopping 6.6 percent annual pace. The increase was “the largest increase since 12-month data were first calculated in November 2010,” according to BLS. On a monthly basis, the PPI increased at 0.8 percent in May. Fox Business reported that “[a]nalysts surveyed by Refinitiv had expected prices to increase...

by Samantha FosterChildren's channel Nickelodeon’s made a hard, shocking push to promote the "LGBTQ+" agenda to kids stuck at home during the pandemic over the past year.In the last two weeks alone, both Nickelodeon and its preschool-targeted network, Nick Jr., have released videos championing “trans,” “queer,” and “pansexual” inclusion. One video that sparked mass outrage depicted a cartoon version of drag queen Nina West (Andrew Levitt) singing about various LGBTQIA groups “loving each other so proudly” on “Blues Clues and You,” a show for two- to five-year olds. That same video showed a female-to-male transgender beaver who appeared to have...

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) on Sunday said the infrastructure bill announced by a bipartisan group of 10 senators will not include a gas tax increase or undo the 2017 tax reform bill. When asked by host John Dickerson on CBS’s “Face the Nation” how the group plans to pay for the package, Collins, who is part of the bipartisan coalition, silenced rumors of a gas tax increase or rolling back the 2017 tax reform bill, while outlining the group’s strategies for financing the initiatives. Collins said the group, which includes five senators from each party, is considering three “pay fors”:...

Inflation spiking at the highest level since 2008 apparently wasn’t newsworthy enough to receive coverage on the ABC, CBS and NBC morning networks yesterday. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released the anticipated Consumer Price Index (CPI) report at 8:30 a.m. on June 10. The report revealed that consumer prices had skyrocketed a whopping 5 percent in May on a year-over-year basis. The Wall Street Journal dubbed the event the “the biggest surge in inflation in nearly 13 years.” CNBC said that economists were expecting a 4.7 percent spike in inflation. The indication is that the official BLS statistic clearly...

According to CBS late night talk show host James Corden and his The Late Late Show staff, it isn’t enough to offer Americans food or prizes to get the vaccine. No, no. People who don’t want the vaccine deserve a "knuckle sandwich." During his monologue, Corden was going off on people who are refusing to get the vaccine. “Vaccination rates in the United States have started to decline,” said Corden during his monologue. “Which means we're on pace to fall just short of President Biden's goal of having seventy percent of the country partially vaccinated by the fourth of July....

The news this week that first son Hunter Biden routinely used a racial slur in conversations with his white attorney as recently as early 2019 has been studiously ignored by the mainstream media. The messages between Hunter Biden and Chicago-based lawyer George Mesires were saved on his abandoned laptop and were first reported by DailyMail.com “How much money do I owe you,” Hunter Biden asked Mesires in one exchange on Dec. 13, 2018, before adding, “Becaause [sic] n—a you better not be charging me Hennessy rates.” The following month, Hunter Biden used the slur twice more in a bizarre, wide-ranging...
