Watching the left scramble to distance themselves from the horrific murder of Laken Riley by one of Biden’s illegals, is downright appalling and heartless. For years, Dems have championed “sanctuary city” policies, essentially rolling out the red carpet for every dreg of humanity, only to now recoil as these twisted and failed policies disastrously implode, putting innocent Americans at risk or worse. But shifting blame or deflecting responsibility won’t cut it anymore. The murder of Laken Riley marks a turning point, and as they try to dodge accountability like cockroaches, the resilient folks of Athens are making sure they can’t...

Reid calls it 'a big deal over nothing'. The Democratic Party seems to have a go-to line to reflect apathy for controversial issues plaguing the Obama administration. Asked about why he seemed to be the only one notified about the deal to retrieve Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl before it was made, Harry Reid bristled at the question. “I’m not sure I’m the only one,” he said. “A big deal over nothing. Is it Friday or is it Saturday? What difference does it make? What difference does it make?” Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton infamously snapped, “What difference at this point...

Chuck Todd told Matt Lauer on Wednesday that the White House was “caught flat-footed” on the backlash against the prisoner swap for Sergeant Bergdahl. “I’ve had a few aides describe it to me as ‘we didn’t know that they were going to Swift Boat Bergdahl’,” Todd said, “And Matt, of course, that’s a reference to that political fight back in 2004 over John Kerry’s military service which became so controversial in that campaign. So there’s some fighting words there.”

WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — White House aides are accusing soldiers who served with Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl are “swift boating” him following his release over the weekend after five years in captivity. NBC News’ Chuck Todd reported Monday that the White House did not expect this sort of vitriolic backlash exchanging five high-level Taliban members held at Guantanamo Bay for Bergdahl, who left his Army post in 2009 in Afghanistan and was subsequently taken captive. “They did not expect this backlash on Bergdahl himself,” Todd reported on NBC’s “Today.” I’ve had a few aides describe it to me as we didn’t...

Am I the only reader who talks to her newspaper? Who chokes on her steaming cup of café con leche and wonders out loud about fundamental issues of decency and fairness? Why, oh, why do we continue reading that Wendy Davis, a state senator who wants to be the first Democratic governor of Texas in 20 years, left her daughters, then 2 and 8, with her then-husband, Jeff Davis, while she pursued a law degree at Harvard University? Given that he is the father of one of those daughters and the stepfather of the other, it would make more sense...

President Barack Obama told his enthusiastic supporters Monday night that he never promised what video recordings show him promising at least 29 times. The videos show Obama promising 300 million Americans that “if you like your health-care plan, you will be able to keep your health-care plan, period.” (snip)

In the age of balloon boys and party crashers, regular people just don't know what to believe any more. Last week, I spent more than my share of hours trying to track down the truth about an incident on an AirTran flight out of Atlanta on Nov. 17. Flight 297 to Houston, with about 70 passengers onboard, departed gate C-16 at 4:43 p.m. Until something happened that caused the pilot to turn around and come back. Two and a half weeks later, the incident is in high dispute, thanks to some passengers who have spoken out on the Internet about...

Video of Obama honoring Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin on the 40th anniversary of man's first steps on the moon and how he remembered watching the splash down from Hawaii, but as one the the commentators stated how could that be when Barry Soetoro lived in Indonesia as a child from 1967 to 1971 and was enrolled in Muslim classes when Apollo 11 splashed down in in the Pacific on July 24, 1969?

Finally, after nearly a year we get to the bottom of the story. Last spring, you were held up as a parody of environmental correctness when you proposed restricting the use of toilet paper to one square per bathroom visit. What was that about? I think it’s a fantastic and eye-opening example of how the media is operated by political figures, of how Karl Rove was humiliated in the media and how, within 24 hours, he was able to humiliate me and take any sort of credibility away from me. What are you saying? You think Karl Rove leaked the...

There is a shot where Blanco is being set up several days ago for a TV interview, and her press secretary is helping her adjust her mic. They’re having a personal conversation, but the cameraman catches it!! In it, she kinda jokes to her press secretary something like “yeah, well I guess I really need to ask for troops,” and a couple more things she says. A bit later in hte segment she gets into a semi-argument with Miles O’Brien, and he’s pointedly asking her exactly WHEN she asked the President for troops. She gets frustrated and says she didn’t even...
