Folks, I didn’t want to start a whole new thread on this, but Aaron Klein has just announced on WABC radio that he will be on air from 6-9pm for the next two weeks, possibly 7-9pm, he says.
This totally disgusting loss of freedom is happening in the country that gave us the "mother of parliaments," magna carta, the 1688 Bill of Rights. I know it will be no surprise to some on this board, but let us reflect on how precious our freedoms are and how the Brits are now on their last line of defence: the right to contact their elected representative.
Could people be deprived of their liberties in similar circumstances here? Maybe not yet, but we cannot be far from it.

Small postscript: ACPO may indeed be a private company but it just so happens to be the national Association of Chief Police Officers. So, they now have a national band of agents provocateurs conveniently separate from local operating controls. Watch out for that kind of thing here too,

Seems to me that proceeding with the Euro-”dream” after this debacle is EXACTLY the kind of undemocratic process leading to loss of freedom that David Davies is complaining about. Good on’im say I
This is indeed pish. I wish I could show the results of this nonsense to my father in the UK, who died some months after being told that he had severaly clogged coronary arteries, while waiting for surgery. In the US, he could get treatment within hours of such a diagnosis.
My mother is 75 and will have to go to the private system for hip replacements.
No kidney transplants are performed for the over 65s under the British National “Health” service.
This is the main flagship news program of the BBC in the UK, in the most listened to slot just after the 8am news. A friend told me about this ten-minute interview with the muslim extremist who heckled the Home Secretary earlier in the week. I knew what to expect, and even I was truly shocked by how brazen the man was.
I'd like to say "enjoy," but "wake up" may be a more appropriate message
