    You are 100% correct.

    Normal police and criminal powers reside with the states.

    Armed Federal officers are nothing more than a standing mercenary army stationed among us...120,000 of them at last count.

    Other than US Marshals, Postal Police, and maybe Customs arming these thugs and thuglets is a very recent development.

    The Secret Service is not Constitutionally specified/permitted other than as customs/currency agents for Treasury/tariffs.....Lincoln used Pinkerton’s.

    Their body guard duties I guess would be extensions of the DC Federal/Capitol police authority over Federal lands and security.

    Yet more checks/balances torched for convenience and now accepted as normal.

    A REPUBLIC vs a Democracy.

    The Constitution IS NOT the highest law in the land.

    CIVICS 101.

    No king, but King Jesus.

    That is what the Declaration of Independence says in so many words…..Declares Natural and God given rights are self-evident….no kings or priests or governments involved between you and those rights.

    God is mentioned directly four times.
    Four times!

    Order of precedent in Laws.
    1. Laws of Natures God (LONG) Revealed in Scripture
    2. Laws of Nature (LON) Observable in nature….the sciences!
    3. U.S. Declaration of Independence. Assertion of unalienable rights…..governments only by consent of governed, sole purpose is to preserve rights.
    4. U.S. Constitution. A Contract among the People to preserve their rights.
    5. Federal Law as delegated by “We the People”
    6. Statutory Law (passed by Congress) vs Administrative Law bureau rules/regs.
    7. Courts do not make, interpret or even apply law….THEY RENDER OPINIONS.

    WHAT IS THE HIGHEST LAW………NOT the Constitution…..It is Law of Nature’s God.

    Any subsidiary Law, Rule, Regulation or Opinion that conflict with the Law of Nature’s God is void and of no more effect than if it never existed. (Marbury vs Madison, 1903)

    8. State Constitutions (sovereign states)….subject to US on points of delegated authority...only to the extent all are subject to God!

    9. State law, state administrative code.


    The ONLY legitimacy of the US Constitution is the Declaration.

    The Constitution is merely a contract between “we the people” on how we will preserve our liberty.

    The Constitution makes or guarantees no rights.

    Read the Preamble of the Constitution.

    “WE THE PEOPLE in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our Posterity do hereby ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. ”

    There no question or debate on this. Either one knows it or one does not. Accept it or not, it is still there….it is literally Civics 101.

    The Declaration, well……it declares where that individual liberty comes from.

    AGAIN God is mentioned/appealed to as the sole source and justification of all our rights four times…..and encompassed in the “……laws of nature and nature’s God”.

    But wait. It gets better…..

    So, there you go…the Declaration is the foundational legal document of the United States.

    The Declaration, among many other self evident truths enumerated and not enumerated.

    The infamous penumbra (look it up) and the 9th and 10th Amendments

    The Constitution is not the highest law in the land….that is the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God as summarized and declared in the Declaration….which rights, BTW are”unalienable”.

    Thank God as in the Declaration for your rights and liberty……and for the right to keep and bear arms.

    There’s lots more, I have degrees in it......but...

    Rule is either in CONSENT to these LAWS, always subject to God and nature’s laws, or in tyranny by one, by a few, or by many in a mob.....democracy.

    I do feel strongly about it, but what do I know?

    Our defense of life and property laws need to be reformed nationally.

    Citizens MUST have their right recognized to use whatever force is necessary to protect their property when threatened, as well as their lives.

    Further.....self defense needs tilted 100% to the victim...drop the “mutual combat” and “reasonable force” BS...if anyone shoves, spits, kicks, hits, etc....throws ANYTHING at/on someone....EVERYTHING that follows is “on them”....UNLESS they surrender unconditionally and beg mercy.

    Laws of Nature and Nature’s God are a bitch...but required for an ordered society.

    All people should be taken “one at a time”.
    Jesus does and commands we do as well.

    It is really all about tribes rather races anyway (think about it).

    It is always a question of who did what or said what to whom before these frequently orchestrated “outrage” incidents.

    Sometimes disabled people are entitled a$$hats.
    Civilized people, walk away from such a$$hats.

    This event is an uncivilized act of animalistic dominance display.

    Why?

    The behavioral norms for Black Americans have been shown in study after study to be, by nature (even in infancy) more aggressive and quarrelsome....and then later in life Blacks as a group are more frequently:
    -aggressive.
    -violent.
    -impulsive.
    -lack appreciation for consequences.
    -perform a full std deviation (15pts) below whites in IQ.

    They clump more closely to the mean, and have fewer outliers of really brilliant or really dumb individuals.

    As asides,

    Hispanics of indigenous descent lay between whites and blacks in these same categories.

    Certain East Asian groupings (such as some intra-Chinese ethnics and all Japanese) lay 5 points or more above.

    Back to Blacks.....

    The lack of older black male role models (fathers in a stable family) has been shown to have created several generations of violent, undisciplined momma raised youth each more violent than the last.

    The last 15 years we are witnessing this in young black females now manifesting gang like behaviors such as this.

    But..we ARE NOT supposed to talk about this stuff....so this is all just my extensive science study reading & experience based meanderings...and what do I know and I certainly don’t feel strongly about.

    Why are 5....FIVE....plain clothes cops in one car?

    Why are they stopping anybody for not wearing a seat belt?

    Something more is going on.

    Were cops just out evil as phuck looking for fun?

    Or more likely?

    They thought he was somebody else, or profiled him or figured “he had to have something”........then a cop spooked and started shooting.

    Why was kid really carrying a gun?

    Was kid carrying a gun or did it just appear in passenger seat?

    Could it be the cops shot each other....96 phreaking bullets?

    Who was in charge and who trained these pussies.
    I hear what sounds like a squeaky voiced DEI woman going hysterical....most of them do.

    They want to play with the boys until they meet a real wolf and find out why they should of stayed in the kitchen or hospitality.

    Larry Householder was the deciding factor.

    He was convinced to spend the political capital as Speaker to override Taft’s Ohio Highway Patrol consent demand.

    Most of that convincing happened at a Perry County Republican Party Ox Roast in a Somerset Ohio park.

    Larry showed up having already decided to not push CCW again that year due to Taft’s opposition.

    He was met by a stacked crowd of dozens of activists called in from all over the state “acting” as local constituents.

    They then proceeded to ask about nothing but CCW during the 2 hour buffet BBQ stand about.

    Since the whole turnout was 100+/-, Larry interpreted that as a groundswell and he was playing toward a Governor’s run one day.

    Larry though his constituents, not activists, were there that day....it was a beautiful “false flag operation”

    Larry’s “straw bales on a hay wagon” stump speech after dinner.....opened with “This year we will have a CCW law in Ohio.”

    And we did.

    Now Larry, Ohio’s Bill Clinton, is in jail for being....well, Larry.

    Myself, I have been a Forrest Gump most of my life...around historical events and figures but never one myself....I know much of how history says things happened....and WHY they really happened....are almost always different.

    History is more an after the fact conspiracy theory than a fact to be “checked”.

    But, that is just my opinion and WTF do I know.

    Jersey, like MA and CT have a large wealthier white rural-suburban populations that are VERY well behaved...think Puritans by nature.

    Theses states and others also have concentrated pockets of savagery..urban blacks and illegals.....that are the most dangerous areas in the country.

    Blacks and illegals are the problem....nit Billybob and the NRA.

    Like WWI, and the WWI consequences in Communism, Nazism, WWII, Red China, and Korea before Viet Nam.....it was not “worth it”.

    US involvement was avoidable at a dozen points and our objectives could have been accomplished in a far less costly manner by competent honest leadership.

    Something we lack a lot of the time.
