Latest video from Steve Pieczenik about "Coup". Decide for yourself. I was excited when I saw his first videos. It sounded like it might be real. Now, sounds like "Vote for Trump" if you want change. "Peacefully go forth and hopefully we can win this time." I think I kinda knew that already.

Don't have anything to say. I was just feeling I must be shirking my Free Republic duties by not posting another vapid, self indulgent vanity.

I’ve been walking the earth for a half a century, so I’m sure I’ve picked up a bit along the way. I know the Gettysburg Address by heart. I can recite all the presidents. I can taste the difference between Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi, and I’m fairly certain I can tell you the starting lineup from the 1976 Cincinnati Reds. But if you ask me if I’m worried about Ebola, if our hospital is ready or if our nurses and staff are up to the challenge, chances are you will probably hear me say this: “Hell if I know.”

According to cogent report obtained by the Heritage at the weekend, Speaker Tyler’s sister (name withheld) is currently seeking treatment at the ELWA 2 Hospital where she was admitted after contracting the killer disease. The ailing House’s Speaker sister, the report obtained from officialdom divulged, was earlier rejected admission at the hospital, but was later accepted after an influential lawmaker, who begged not to be named, pleaded with authorities at the hospital to admit her for treatment, a plea the hospital authorities yielded.

The federal government issued a travel advisory Friday aimed at 216 Canadians who live in Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone. "Today we are asking Canadians living in Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia to consider leaving by commercial means while they are still available," Ambrosa said in Edmonton Friday.

The potential Ebola patient's test results are not in yet, but are expected later Tuesday afternoon or Tuesday evening. CDC personnel are on their way to Dallas in case either of the two samples from the patient being screened are positive for Ebola. If the test was to come back positive, the CDC would lead any actions necessary, with the county providing support, Thompson said.

Liberia's chief medical officer is placing herself under quarantine for 21 days after her office assistant died of Ebola. Bernice Dahn, a deputy health minister who has represented Liberia at regional conferences intended to combat the ongoing epidemic, told The Associated Press on Saturday that she did not have any Ebola symptoms but wanted to ensure she was not infected. The World Health Organization says 21 days is the maximum incubation period for Ebola, which has killed more than 3,000 people across West Africa and is hitting Liberia especially hard. WHO figures released Friday said 150 people died in the...

For Your Consideration: My son is running for the office of Justice of the Peace, Travis County, Precinct 3, Texas. I would appreciate any support fellow FReepers and friends could provide. So many voters just vote for the top of the ticket. Please vote and support ALL of the candidates. Until one runs for office, it is difficult to appreciate the sacrifices and just plain hard work it takes to get the message out. Any words of encouragement are greatly appreciated, not to mention the need for financial support for the yard signs, bumper stickers, flyers, and copies of the...

The Constitution (Article 2, Section 2) gives the President the power “to grant reprieves and pardons for offences against the United States except in cases of impeachment.” This power is exercised by Presidential proclamation. In 1795 President George Washington issued an amnesty to all participants in the Whiskey Rebellion. In 1946 President Harry S. Truman issued an amnesty covering 1,500 draft resisters in World War II. Six years later he granted amnesty to 9,000 individuals who had deserted from the military during the Korean War. What prevents Obama from simply granting amnesty to all illegal aliens?

I noticed the promo for a TV show about the Kennedy women. I would like to know if there is any reliable info about the actual intelligence of Jackie-O. I always got the impression she was an air head, but attributed it to my lack of culture.

Is there anyone out there that can explain how time travel could be possible? Why no evidence that is has happened doesn't therefore prove it can't be possible? Thanks
