Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino has told people he is considering resigning amid a major clash between the FBI and Justice Department over the continued fallout from the release of the Jeffrey Epstein memo, several sources familiar with the matter told CNN.
This comes after a heated confrontation with Attorney General Pam Bondi over the handling of the case earlier this week.
The infighting over the case came to a head during a Wednesday meeting, which included Bongino, Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel and White House chief of staff Susie Wiles, sources said. Bongino and Patel were confronted about whether they were behind a story that said the FBI wanted more information released but was ultimately stymied by the Department of Justice, the sources said.

Thank you very much and God bless you.
All this INfighting, meanwhile the mass deportations continue with strong resistance from the OUTside.
Trump was an outsider anomaly; but it’s a uniparty government. It’s all kabuki theater.
We shouldn’t let Jeffrey Epstein’s evil from the grave mix with CNN’s hatred of conservatives. Don’t let CNN play us against each other...
Dan Bongino is NOT a politician and he’s in a position that requires that he be one. For his personal sake, I hope he resigns.
I’d be fine with keeping the details secret, if their release would damage pending prosecutions.
But where are the prosecutions?
And, in truth, I’m not interested so much in prosecuting everyone who fell into Epstein’s honey trap. I’m more interested in who helped him in setting it up? Who provided his financial backing? Who was it intended to benefit?

I did not need to read any further.

He can’t stand the heat from his lies.
I prefer a fighter and not a quitter. I’m not questioning his manhood, but be a man and fight for what is right.
Withholding information in a case as high profile as Epstein could not occur with POTUS ordering it.
What mass deportations?
It’s being handled very poorly and the Administration is clearly lying to us.
The Deep State is about corruption, blackmail, human trafficking and abuse of power. As far as I’m concerned, Epstein is the key to the entire Deep State.
I’ve posted in other threads this is all CNN/MSNBC noise. Those networks love this drama.
without!
Serious mistep on Epstein files, Pam Bondi is not the right person for her job if she should have just shut up about Epstain Files.

Well he might as well quit now, and much respect to Dan if he does pulls the plug. This is a stinking kettle of fish and it’s going to get worse.
I agree. Dan was a great podcaster. Sadly, what one knows, thinks and says on a podcast has little bearing as to what one can do as an official government employee, regardless of level of power.
Dan looked like he sheepishly went along with the germination of the coverup, but it would appear he’s had enough.
He needs to sacrifice his $250,000.00 salary and go back to the $5,000,000.00 he made when he was in his element.
