That is what Wilson wrote in the report, but he actually told the citizen in the video:

‘If you wanna take a picture of me one more time, I’m gonna lock your ass up.’

Then, Wilson advanced to arrest the citizen. Wilson isn’t stupid. He knew he couldn’t write up a charge for having his picture took. He used the much worn “Failed to comply” ruse.

He doesn’t say “in his face,” he says “remove the camera from my face” — Arman was filming Wilson’s face

Anyone reading Wilson’s report would assume the resident had his camera right in Wilson’s face.

I think that is a reasonable assumption. Not all people are reasonable though.

So you are claiming that a short time later, Officer Wilson, a trained observer, couldn’t remember he was ten to fifteen feet away when he told the guy to stop videotaping him. Well, alrighty then...

How can you remove a camera “From” someone’s face if it is not “in” their face. (sigh) Now if Wilson had written he told the guy to stop filming his face, that would make sense, but he has no legal right to tell anyone that.

I read that report and based on the video, Officer Wilson filed a false report. He said he told the guy to put the camera down because it was in his face. When Wilson threatened to arrest the man for videotaping him, they were 10 feet or more apart. In the video, Wilson told the citizen he didn’t have the right to videotape him. That is false. Strangely, Wilson refused to tell the man his name and tried to defend it in the report by claiming the man could easily read it off his badge. At 10 feet away, that statement was highly dubious. Officer Wilson looks like a d*ck and a liar to me. If he lied then, can we believe anything he has said now? His job and freedom weren’t on the line when he filed this deceptive report.

Well, It seems to indicate Officer Wildon may have megalomaniac tendencies. What if the man, Dorian Johnson, who was with Brown was telling the truth about how it started. He claimed Wilson yelled a profane request to get out of the middle of the street to them as he drove by and then stopped, rapidly backed up and doored Brown when they didn’t immediately comply. That’s when the altercation started according to Johnson. What if Brown didn’t react well to being cussed at and hit by a door and may have pushed it back. This could be when Wilson got his head bruise, if the door hit him. Then, Wilson may have went for his gun and Brown grabbed his gun hand in a failed attempt to keep from being shot. I am not saying this scenario is accurate, but it is as plausible as any other based on what we know. Brown didn’t go into a pcp fueled rage. He had only been smoking weed according to the autopsy result.

Why is this relevant?

I would like to see the rest of the video, but what is posted here makes Officer Darren Wilson look like one of those douchbag cops who think they are our rulers, not our servants.

Perhaps the GOPe should have run someone who actually lives in Kansas. :(

So conservatives should stick with the GOPe no matter how the GOPe kicks them and tries to destroy them, because the other choices might be worse? That is why many wives stay with battering husbands and it’s a bad decision. Sometime you have to take a few short term problems to fix long term ones. If conservatives ditch the GOPe, it may seem to help democrats in the near term, but it would force a political realignment that might be beneficial in the long term. In any event, it is the sane thing to do.

My deepest sympathy on the loss of such a great woman.

Thanks to Harry Reid and the nuking of the filibuster, democrats have already packed the DC Circuit court, NLRB and others. There really isn’t much left to block. If there were, Harry Reid would finish them off in his lame duck session. I hope the GOP wins the Senate, but with McConnell as their leader and RINO’s like Cochran and Roberts as senior senators, it won’t matter much.

I have no reason to believe any of them are afraid to testify under oath. Why do you think that? Why don’t you believe them? Their stories are reasonable consistent for eye witnesses. There is no known eye witness contradicting them.

A reporter tweeted https://twitter.com/ChristineDByers/statuses/501556693382094848 that claim, but police haven’t confirmed it to my knowledge. I said no known witness supported Officer Wilson. If anyone has the name of a witness who does, please post a link.
